Terms of Service — Aura Quality Register Intelligence

**Internal note (staging): this text is a working draft prepared for private

testing. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not legal advice. It

must be replaced with approved final wording before any public launch.**

Aura Quality Register Intelligence ("Aura QRI", "the Service") is operated

by Aura Catalyst LLC ("we", "us").

1. What the Service does

The Service reads construction quality register files that you upload,

applies the project rules you confirm, and produces deterministic

calculations, evidence links and a written brief. Every reported number is

traceable to the file, sheet, row and column it came from.

Outputs are prepared from the registers you provide. They are **not

certified, approved, or audited documents**, and they are not a

professional opinion, a legal determination, or a substitute for your own

contractual and engineering judgement. You remain responsible for

decisions you take.

You are responsible for the register files you upload. By uploading, you

confirm that you are permitted to use those files for this purpose and

that doing so does not breach any obligation you owe to another party,

including your employer, your client, or any confidentiality or project

agreement. Do not upload material you are not entitled to process.

Access is by email verification. You are responsible for keeping access to

your email account secure.

Decision-Ready Register Analysis is a single one-time payment of USD $9

for one project delivery. It is not a subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do

not receive or store your card details.

Deliveries are released after an internal quality check of the generated

output. This check is about the quality of the software's output; it does

not make the result a certified or audited document.

Uploaded files and generated outputs are retained for a limited period and

then deleted. You may request deletion of a project at any time from your

workspace.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during this

early-access period.
