Refund policy

See your personalized preview before paying. If the completed analysis of a supported register does not provide a usable, evidence-linked result, request a full refund within 7 days.

Conditions

• The register must be a supported register type in a supported file format.
• Requests must be made within seven days of the analysis being delivered.
• One refund per customer.
• A correctly analysed clean register remains a valid result. Aura QRI reports what the supported data shows and does not manufacture findings.
• If processing fails or the analysis is not delivered, you are eligible for a refund.
• Obvious abuse of the refund policy may be refused.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. To request one, reply to your delivery email.
